One Nation, One Election’ पर मोदी सरकार का बड़ा कदम, पूर्व राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद के नेतृत्व में बनाई कमेटी

केंद्र की मोदी सरकार ने वन नेशन, वन इलेक्शन (One Nation, One Election) को लेकर एक कमेटी बनाई है. कमेटी का नेतृत्व पूर्व राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद (Former President Ram Nath Kovind) करेंगे. रामनाथ कोविंद देश में लोकसभा और राज्यों में विधानसभा का चुनाव एक साथ कराने के तौर-तरीके पर काम करेंगे. पीएम मोदी साल 2014 से ही लोकसभा और विधानसभा चुनाव एक साथ कराने पर जोर दे रहे हैं. पीएम मोदी का तर्क है कि अगर देश में लोकसभा और विधानसभा चुनाव एक साथ होंगे तो इससे खर्च कम आएंगे. इससे सरकारी खजाने पर लोड नहीं पड़ेगा.
The Modi government of the Center has formed a committee regarding One Nation, One Nation, One Election. The committee will be headed by former President Ramnath Kovind. Ramnath Kovind will work on the way of holding the assembly elections in Lok Sabha and states in the country. PM Modi has been insisting on holding the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections simultaneously since 2014. PM Modi argues that if the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections are held simultaneously in the country, then it will reduce the expenditure. This will not load the government treasury.

सरकार द्वारा 18 सितंबर से 22 सितंबर तक संसद का विशेष सत्र बुलाए जाने के एक दिन बाद यह कदम सामने आया है.सरकार ने हालांकि संसद के विशेष सत्र का एजेंडा घोषित नहीं किया है.प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी लोकसभा और राज्य विधानसभाओं के चुनाव एक साथ कराने पर कई साल से दृढ़ता से जोर दे रहे हैं और इस संबंध में संभावनाओं पर विचार का जिम्मा कोविंद को सौंपने का निर्णय, चुनाव संबंधी अपने दृष्टिकोण के विषय में सरकार की गंभीरता को दिखाता है. नवंबर-दिसंबर में पांच राज्यों में विधानसभा चुनाव होने हैं और इसके बाद अगले साल मई-जून में लोकसभा चुनाव हैं.सरकार के इस कदम से आम चुनाव एवं कुछ राज्यों के चुनाव को आगे बढ़ाने की संभावनाएं भी खुली हैं, जो लोकसभा चुनावों के बाद में या साथ होने हैं.

Government has called a special session of Parliament
18 से 22 सितंबर तक ‘संसद का विशेष सत्र’ बुलाया गया है जिसमें पांच बैठकें होंगी. संसद के इस विशेष सत्र के एजेंडे के बारे में आधिकारिक तौर पर कुछ भी नहीं कहा गया है .हालांकि यह सत्र 9 और 10 सितंबर को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में जी20 शिखर बैठक के कुछ दिनों बाद आयोजित होने जा रहा है.
From 18 to 22 September, the ‘Special Session of Parliament’ has been called which will have five meetings. Nothing has been officially said about the agenda of this special session of Parliament. However, this session is going to be held a few days after the G20 summit in the national capital on 9 and 10 September.
विशेष सत्र के दौरान संसदीय कामकाज नये संसद भवन में स्थानांतरित हो सकता है जिसका उद्घाटन प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने 28 मई को किया था. संसद के नये भवन से जुड़े निर्माण कार्यो को अंतिम रूप दिया जा रहा है ताकि यह सत्र की मेजबानी के लिए तैयार हो सके.विशेष सत्र का एजेंडा स्पष्ट नहीं होने के बीच ऐसी अटकलें हैं कि लोकसभा चुनाव के मद्देनजर मोदी सरकार कोई विधेयक पेश कर सकती है.
During the special session, parliamentary work can be transferred to the new Parliament House, which was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 28 May. Construction works associated with the new building of Parliament are being finalised so that it can be prepared for hosting the session. Amidst the lack of clarification of the special session, there is speculation that the Modi government can introduce a bill in view of the Lok Sabha elections.
