PERCEPTION TOWARDS THE PAST

Write one essay from each section in 1000-1200 words. Contents of answer are more important than their length. All questions carry equal 125 marks.

Section A

  1. “Patriotism is conviction that our country is superior to all others because we were born in it.” This form of conviction is missing in Indian people.
  2. India is divided not because of caste, religion language but their perception towards the past.

Section B

  1. It is the strong sense of identity that makes one takes pride in their language, culture, and lifestyle local wisdom is what makes the character of a country and that is missing in Indian mindset.
  2. The bane of India has been that it has choses politicians to represent them, not statesmen. A politician thinks of the next election. A statesman of the next generation.
