Brexit Deal Approved
The UK Parliament finally approved the Brexit Agreement on 09 January 2020. With this, the way for Britain to exit the European Union on 31 January has been paved.
The move is historic, as the agreement was stuck in the British Parliament for more than a year.
After that Britain will become the first country to exit from the European Union (EU).
There were 330 votes casted in favor of the Brexit Agreement and 231 votes in opposition.
Britain’s House of Commons approved Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s separation from the EU on 31 January 2020.

However, the ‘EU-UK Withdrawal Agreement Bill’ is yet to be passed by the House of Lords and the European Parliament. It is being considered as a mere formality now.
Brexit means Britain’s exit from the European Union. Britain has decided to exit the European Union. Therefore, exit process has come to be known as ‘Brexit’.
Earlier, on June 23, 2016, 51.89 percent of people voted in favor of Britain’s separation from the European Union in a referendum.

Finally Britain’s nearly five-decade-old association with Brexit will end completely.
Britain will be the first country to do so.
