An Endevaour by #civilservicestv, along with #ensembleiasacdemy, supported by #WE, #EHF, #AmityUniversity, #thomassevafoundation, and #goachronicle, to empower Indian women and to develop a distinct career-oriented programme that will enable the girls to have life, leadership and career. The #careersecurityprogramme has associations of some of the most prominent personalities in India comprising of #bureaucrats, retired IAS. IPS and IFS officers. Our first task was to make the girls aware of the challenges they face in administration and the prospects of it.
