Her Excellency Dr. Janice Darbari ma’am is an author and journalist by profession, ma’am was chosen as the first Patron to newly formed Indo Montenegro Art and Cultural Forum created to develop and promote relation between two countries in 2017. She is the only author to have been selected for the position of Honorary Consul General for Republic of Montenegro in New Delhi. She has an impeccable presence in the field of international diplomacy. Ma’am was appointed as the Special Representative – Emissary of the Republic of Macedonia to India in 1993. She also played a key role in establishing formal diplomatic relationship with Former Yugoslavia Republic of Macedonia (FYRO) in 1995.
