Afghanistan (अफ़ग़ानिस्तान) में भविष्य की तस्वीर क्या होगी? अमेरिका का Afghanistan (अफ़ग़ानिस्तान) के प्रति क्या रवैया है? अमेरिका वास्तविक रूप में क्या करना चाहता था? Afghanistan (अफ़ग़ानिस्तान) में चीन की भूमिका क्या होगी? चीन पाकिस्तान और तालिबान क्या मिल सकते हैं भारत के खिलाफ? इन सभी के चलते भारत की विदेश नीति क्या होगी? भारत के पास क्या क्या विकल्प हैं? भारत अपने आप को कैसे सुरक्षित कर सकता है?
Taliban Afghanistan पिछले दिनों से हम देख रहे हैं कि भारतीय वायुसेना के विमान अफगानिस्तान में फंसे भारतीयों को काबुल से लेकर आ रहे हैं। देखने और सुनने में यह काफी आसान लगता है लेकिन इसके पीछे भारत सरकार की कितनी मेहनत और कितनी कूटनीति है वह भी हमें जानना चाहिये।
सबसे पहली बात यह कि अफगानिस्तान जाने के लिये हमारे पास कोई सीधा प्लेन रुट नही है। इसके लिये सबसे शॉट कट रुट जो है वह पाकिस्तान से होकर जाता है लेकिन हमेशा की तरह पाकिस्तान इसमें बड़ा अड़ंगा है।
इसलिये भारतीय विमानों को लंबा रुट लेकर ईरान से होकर जाना पड़ता है। इसके लिये भारत सरकार ने सबसे पहले ईरान से भारतीय वायुसेना के विमानों के लिये एयर स्पेस के इस्तेमाल की मंजूरी हासिल की। यह मंजूरी हासिल करना इतना आसान काम नहीं था क्योंकि कोई भी देश दूसरे देश की वायुसेना को अपने एयर स्पेस के इस्तेमाल की अनुमति नही देता है। लेकिन ईरान से भारत सरकार यह अनुमति हासिल करने में सफल रही ।
इस अनुमति को हासिल करने के बाद भी वहाँ एक दूसरा पेच था कि भारतीय प्लेन सीधे काबुल नहीं उतर सकते थे। क्यों कि तालिबान के साथ भारत के सम्बंध कभी अच्छे नहीं रहे हैं। इसलिये भारत सरकार तालिबान पर इतना भरोसा नहीं कर सकती थी कि वायुसेना के प्लेन को वहाँ ज्यादा देर तक खड़ा रख सके।
दूसरी तरफ काबुल एयर पोर्ट में मची अफरा-तफरी और भारी भीड़ के मद्देनजर भी यह संभव नहीं था कि भारतीय प्लेन वहाँ खड़े रहे।
इसके हल के लिये भारत सरकार ने एक और रास्ता निकाला। उसने इसके लिये कजाकिस्तान के एयरपोर्ट का सहारा लिया। एक बार फिर भारतीय कूटनीति सफल रही और भारतीय वायुसेना के प्लेन को कजाकिस्तान एयरपोर्ट के इस्तेमाल की अनुमति मिल गयी ।
